リフォームのポイント
☆開放的なLDKにするために既存の柱を抜く必要があり、天井裏で梁補強をかけて柱を抜きました。☆構造上抜けない柱と筋交いは、空間のアクセントとして化粧しました。☆たった1帖のスペースを4方向から活用できる（4WAY）空間にしました。☆リビングからTV配線を見えにくくしつつ裏からいじれるように、TV背面の収納内部に点検口を設けました。
お客様の声
想像以上に開放的でおしゃれな空間になり、洗面室収納もできたので良かったです。MONO+で購入したソファも似合っていて素敵です。子どもが駆け回って遊んで楽しんでいます。
